The TOWN OF CULVER asks for VISITORS AND SEASONAL RESIDENTS to follow the 14 DAY SELF-QUARANTINE RULE!  There are signs posted on businesses around town of this notification.  Let’s continue to make Culver as safe as we can during these trying times.  Those on essential business are asked to respect social/physical distancing when in proximity to others outside of your scope of work.

The South-West Lake Maxinkuckee Conservancy District provides sewer disposal services to properties along the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee starting at the southern edge of the Town of Culver down to Venetian Village.  It was established in 2006 and has been fully operational since December 2012.

IF YOU MOVE THE LOCATION OF YOUR HOUSE ON YOUR LOT, WHICH RESULTS IN RELOCATING THE SEWER LINE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU HAVE YOUR SEWER LINE INSPECTED AGAIN BEFORE BURYING THE PIPE,  OR YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DIG IT BACK UP FOR INSPECTION.  ALL CONTRACTORS TOUCHING THE SEWER LINE FROM THE PUMP TO THE HOUSE MUST SUPPLY THE DISTRICT WITH AN INSURANCE RIDER!

IF YOU DO NOT, YOU WILL BE BILLED IN FULL UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT YOU DO INFORM THE DISTRICT OFFICE.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
